Return Policy
Refund and Return Policy: If you are not happy with your item (s) for any reason you may return them for a refund less shipping costs.
Note: if you ordered 2 or more items and want to return one item we will prorate the shipping costs to reflect what that item would have cost to ship alone. All items must be returned to us in the original packaging in order to receive your full refund. if not in original packaging a 25% restocking fee will be added.
We will send you a e-mail with instructions on where and how to return your item (s) to us.
Refunds will be issued in the same manner the payment was received (i.e. Check, Paypal or credit card) Only after we have received the items back.
YOU MUST EMAIL US WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE FOR ANY RETURNS OR REFUNDS. VOID IF REQUEST IS AFTER 15 DAYS.
Once an order is placed it Can Not be Cancelled or Changed unless an Item is Out of Stock Or has been Discontinued.
Shipping Policy
Orders ship 2-3 business day after payment has been received (excluding weekends and holidays).
Rush Shipping Orders Normally Ship Next Business Day.
We ship to the contiguous 48 states only. By UPS Ground only and DHL.
UPS can not ship to PO Boxes. Alaska, Hawaii , Guam, Puerto Rico, US APO's/Military Bases:
Shipping cost are approx. 35% of the order.
When your order ships you will be emailed a UPS Tracking number so you will also know when your order will arrive to you.
Damaged Goods Policy
Replacements: If an item is damaged during shipping or has workmanship defects we will REPLACE the item at NO CHARGE to you. You must return the product.
You must notify us within 15 days of receiving your item (s) of any of the above problems.
